Hi, I'm Nina
I built The Wellness Method® for the same reason most things worth making get made. I couldn't find it anywhere else.
My days don't have neat edges, and I don't think yours do either. The inbox starts before the coffee does. There are two small humans who need snacks every nine minutes and a parent who's actually present, not just nearby. That's most of the day, most days. My mind doesn't always switch off when my body needs it to.
I've spent a long time genuinely fascinated by the interplay between the body, the food we put into it, and the mind, and how it all weaves together to make us feel the way we do. Long before any of this had a name, I trained in healing modalities I still genuinely love. The quieter, older ways of looking after a nervous system that's been asked to do too much. Years later, between roles in investment banking, I trained with the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York. But more than any of that, I live the same kind of week most of the people reading this do: full, demanding, often beautiful, rarely tidy.
I didn't want another supplement promising a miracle. I wanted something that holds you steady. Something that works with the body, not against it. Something that meets the reality of modern life, with its deadlines and dinners and bedtime stories and decision fatigue, and gives you a way through it that feels good.
So I built one.

What I built
A daily ritual, considered. Cold-pressed CBD from hemp. Seven functional mushrooms: chaga, reishi, tremella, shiitake, maitake, cordyceps, lion's mane. Acacia prebiotic fibre. Real cacao, real matcha, real chai, chosen for what they do rather than what they signal.
