Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the sale of products by The Wellness Method® ("we", "us", "our") to you ("you", "your", "the customer") through thewellnessmethod.co (the "Site"). They are governed by English law and UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

By placing an order on the Site you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you accept these Terms. Please read them carefully before ordering.

1. Who we are

2. Eligibility

Our products contain CBD and are intended only for adults aged 18 and over. By placing an order, you confirm that you are 18 or older. We reserve the right to cancel any order where we have reasonable grounds to suspect the customer is under 18.

3. Products

Product descriptions, ingredients, photographs, and on-pack information on the Site are accurate at the time of publication. Slight variations may occur between product images and the product delivered, and ingredients are subject to natural variation in colour, texture, and aroma. All products are food supplements and are not medicines. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. See our CBD Legal & Compliance Notice for full information.

4. How a contract is formed

The display of products on the Site is an invitation to treat, not a binding offer. When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase. We will send you an order acknowledgement email confirming we have received your order — this is not acceptance. A binding contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation email confirming the order has been shipped. Up to that point, we may decline or cancel your order at our discretion (for example, if a product is out of stock, if there is an error in pricing or product information, or if we suspect fraud or under-18 purchase).

5. Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) and include UK VAT where applicable. Delivery costs, where applicable, are shown at checkout before you confirm your order. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price you pay is the price displayed at the time you place your order. We accept payment via the methods shown at checkout. Payment is taken at the point of order. If a pricing error is identified before dispatch, we will contact you and offer the choice of paying the corrected price or cancelling the order at no cost to you.

6. Delivery

Delivery terms are set out in full in our Shipping & Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Risk of damage to or loss of products passes to you on delivery. Title passes to you on full receipt of payment.

7. Your right to cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)

You have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. This is your statutory right. We voluntarily extend this to 30 days as a goodwill measure. Full details, including the exception for opened consumable products, are set out in our Shipping & Returns Policy. To exercise your right to cancel, please email hello@thewellnessmethod.co with your order number.

8. Faulty or incorrect goods (Consumer Rights Act 2015)

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, products supplied to you must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. Within 30 days of delivery: full refund. After 30 days: repair, replacement or refund. Email hello@thewellnessmethod.co within a reasonable time of identifying the issue, ideally with photographs. We will arrange replacement or refund and cover all return postage costs for faulty goods. These rights are in addition to your right to cancel and are not affected by any other clause in these Terms.

9. Subscription orders

If you subscribe for repeat deliveries via our Subscribe & Save offer: you authorise us to charge your payment method automatically at your chosen interval; you will receive a reminder email at least 3 days before each renewal; you can pause, skip, change frequency, or cancel any time from your account or by emailing hello@thewellnessmethod.co. Cancellation must be made at least 24 hours before the next charge to take effect for that delivery. Subscription pricing is locked at the discount applicable on the date of subscription, subject to reasonable price adjustments with 30 days' notice.

10. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence; for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; your statutory rights as a consumer; or any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under English law. Subject to the above, our total liability to you in respect of any order is limited to the price paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, business interruption, or loss of opportunity. These Terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

11. Force majeure

We are not liable for any failure to perform our obligations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including industrial action, civil unrest, fire, flood, storm, pandemic, supplier or courier failure, government action, or interruption of internet or utility services.

12. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, images, logos, packaging design, the name "The Wellness Method®", and the term "Super Blend Stack™" — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by UK copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, copy, modify, or distribute any of this content without our prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial use of product information you have purchased.

13. Trademark notice

"The Wellness Method®" is a registered trademark. "Super Blend Stack™" is a trademark of [COMPANY NAME LTD]. Other product names and descriptors are used as descriptive terms.

14. Complaints

If you have any complaint about a product or our service, please contact hello@thewellnessmethod.co in the first instance. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 2 working days and resolve them within 14 days. If we cannot resolve a dispute internally, you may refer it to an alternative dispute resolution provider or to the courts.

15. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except that if you are a consumer resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the version published on the Site at the time you placed the order. Subscribers will be notified by email of any material change before it takes effect.
